TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Candyland Casino

1. DEFINITIONS

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Candyland Casino retains all rights, title and interest in and to its intellectual property, including but not limited to its software, logos, trademarks and trade names.

7. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS

Candyland Casino does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. The User uses the Services at their own risk and agrees that Candyland Casino shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the Services.

8. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Candyland Casino may offer bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time. These offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. By participating in a bonus or promotion, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions applicable thereto.

9. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

• The minimum deposit required for most payment methods is £10.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the User has verified their account details through Candyland Casino's verification process.
• Withdrawals may take up to 5 working days to process.

10. CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES

Candyland Casino reserves the right to apply a currency exchange rate to transactions in currencies other than that used by the User.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or their enforcement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions are binding upon the User, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Candyland Casino and the User with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

15. WAIVER

The failure of Candyland Casino to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver of that right.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By registering with Candyland Casino and using its Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
